I am a PhD candidate at the University of Zambia with academic and professional interests in entrepreneurship, teacher education, and small business management. My research focuses on identifying the enablers and barriers to youth entrepreneurship in Zambia, particularly through behavioural and resource-based frameworks such as the COM-B Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior. I am passionate about integrating entrepreneurship education into formal learning systems to equip young people with the skills and mindset needed for business success. My work also explores strategies for supporting small and youth-led enterprises through inclusive policies, capacity-building, and sustainable business models.
